Last summer, I visited the Florida School of Holistic Living’s Seed Bank. It is a comprehensive collection of heirloom seeds from Baker’s Creek, a gardener’s dream. We grew heirloom squash at New Image, calendula, sunflowers and, in my home garden, these heirloom orange and green zebra tomatoes. I had them for breakfast today, on a bagel with cream cheese and homegrown lettuce. Divine.
